Winter Hideout 2018
Confused by the idea of detoxing and cleansing?
Feeling a little sluggish?
In need of an energy boost?
The Spring Clear Medicine Women's Hideout is for you!
The theme of this one day Hideout is the rejuvenation and cleansing of Spring. Our intention is to give you space and tools to take home which will enable you to make the most of this season of renewal.
As the days become warmer and brighter we can start to emerge with a clearer vision and sense of purpose. Spring is the time to renew the excitement and zest for life!
Debbie's Hideout talks are going to be busting the myths on cleansing, detoxing and how you can increase your energy levels for Spring.
We'll cover what detox is, what it isn't and how it can be something you do every day. Not only will you understand the theory of detoxification but will also leave with lots of tips and techniques you can start using as soon as you get home to cleanse your body, mind and lifestyle.
Lisa's Hideout yoga practices have been designed to support both body and mind as we move into Spring.
There will be a combination of movement, breath and meditation practices to gently detox, invigorate and nurture. The yoga will combine an easy mixture of flowing movements to soften and stimulate alongside specific practices to strengthen and energise.
Gill will be providing us with her usual inspirational cooking.
As always on a Hideout all the food will be organic and as local and seasonal as we can manage.
Over the day we will be offering -
functional medicine talks
2 yoga practices
a food workshop from Gill with easy recipes to support the body in Spring
3 course lunch
tea, coffee, herbal teas and cake :-)
time and space to explore the gardens of Hellens Manor
Our Spring Hideout is going to be held in the beautiful setting of Hellens Manor, deep in the Hereford countryside. We will be using the beautiful Great Barn.
Much Marcle is easy to access off the M50.
By car it is approx 2.5 hrs from London, 1hr from Bristol, 1.5hrs from Birmingham.
